I recently bought a 2016 CX - 3 GT from this dealership. The car buying process was well handled and Ali went out of his way to take me to the lot to show me all the 2016s they had in stock which I appreciated as it gave me a chance to see the differences side by side. However when it came time to agree on the final price there was some unnecessary confusion about what the basic MSRP was and what was and was not included. It ended fine with the manager agreeing to include those items but that was because we had Ali's notes which listed them specifically. I also asked Ali about tire storage and he told me they do not do that. But when I asked his manager he told me they did. Not a big deal - but get your story straight guys.
When I picked up the car I was helped by Andrew who was very meticulous in explaining everything to me and really took him time so that I understood. He was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable with him. I have been driving my car for about 3 weeks now and really like it. It was a good choice for me. Hopefully the service experiences will be good going forward.
