I am new to the Charlotte area and chose Quail Hollow Vet after seeing positive reviews online. The front desk team is so friendly and make you feel comfortable right away! The vet techs were super kind hearted and sweet to my cat pepper. And their facility was impeccably clean. I went in for a general exam and to ask some questions about a breathing condition my cat pepper has and Dr. Ellis really took care to answer my questions and made sure I knew about an emergency vet in the area in case there were problems ! I will definitely be back here, I had a fantastic experience and left feeling uplifted from the positive environment
