It's very disappointing to see the comparison and changes between 2006-2018. Back than OMG it was amazing it felt like heaven because my parents would add a new fish every month which is what made me happy. I mean the customer service was great they treated us loyalty. And now than it's just disappointing because when I came in last week. I swear to god. I saw this tank that had like 78% fish dead. Like wtf. And than to my right I saw a fish trying to be alive. And I urgently reported to the workers and I'm was likes their a fish on the floor needing help. He was like "that's sound a problem of yours so you deal with it" and I was shook. So I ran back to see the fish dead when I rescued it and put it back in the wrong tank I didn't know where to put it back. When I went back to see under the tank or like on the floor their were other dead fish like dead dead. Which was sad. And with workers I wanted to argue but I was afraid I was going to be dis-treated and somehow ban from the place. And hell yes I agree this place became shitty af and the prices are higher than a water bottle. Like it was fuc**** expensive. Never ever I'm I coming back to this place again. #LifeShoocking
