We came the first time and saw Dr. Mendoza. He was awesome! Then we had to return another time; my daughter had an infected ear piercing. There was a long wait. Therefore, we met with a blond-haired female doctor. Let's just say, we won't be returning.
My daughter was scared, but the doctor was so cold. The doctor wouldn't give me a second to calm my daughter down or explain to her what needed to be done.
My daughter was frantic and crying. So she put her hands up to protect herself from the doctor. The doctor had the nerve to tell my 7 year old, frightened daughter that she needed to not to touch her, in a very rude tone. My daughter did not push or hit her. Had the doctor taken even a few extra seconds to explain what she was doing and why, my daughter wouldn't have put her hands up to protect herself.
Hands down, the worst experience ever at a doctors office.
