I wish Flying Biscuit was good. I like the concept. The execution is just off. It's an example of how healthier fare can be off-putting. Their turkey bacon is like turkey leather. The goat cheese on the fried green tomato blt is dry, so very dry. In fact, everything there is dry. There are ways to eat healthy and/or vegetarian food without sacrificing flavor, but not at the FlyingBiscuit.
