Today I had gone in to buy my husband a Father's Day gift. The worker did not acknowledge me at all when I had walked in I'm wondering if it was because I looked like a bum with my shirt and basketball shorts anyways I was kinda bummed about that but I grabbed the chocolate pretzels and stood behind the people she was helping for a good 5 minutes or so...
Then the manager comes in from the back, now I have seen this lady before and she actually helped me with my husbands birthday present a couple months prior. She is the most best manager I've come across when it comes to customer service. I am so happy I had her when I could have had that other girl who didn't care I existed. She asked me if I had a sample I said no and she quickly got me a truffle from the case. I was so happy I left with a nice dark chocolate truffle and a wonderful gift for my husband.
I rate this 5 stars for "Vicki" ( the manager) & the wonderful chocolate I received.
