The front desk ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk down to you. Take your business elsewhere. Read the other review about their front desk attitude.
They lack customer service skills. The one manager is a total you know what. They talk to you as if you're dumb.
These are the first people you greet when coming in. They set the tone and they are completely horrible. They probably hate their jobs.
This happened twice already in a 2 day period. I thought the first day was a fluke. Nope, this was consistent as it happened on the second day as well.
Shame on Treasure Island for keeping and hiring these rude employees.
