I was afraid to rent from this company after reading the reviews, but I took a chance and did it anyway because the rental would be free with my airfare through Orbitz. I am so glad i did! Maybe the people at Dollar are reading the reviews and taking them to heart because I just dropped on my car and it was the best rental experience I've ever had. I arrived to find a short line at the rental counter, four people checking in customers and everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing. The line moved quickly, Randy was very helpful and friendly". Do you need extra insurance?" No, "no problem! Do you want to prepay gas?" Nope! "Ok, there's a gas station just down the street, anything I can help you with?" I was out in five minutes, driving a new, clean car. Drop off just as easy and the attendant was great. I would rent again here any time I go back to Phoenix.
