If you think new management is gonna help and change things, your right, they're gonna change things to make them more difficult and then you suffer. This will be twice now that things have been signed for by a stranger and stolen, including a document saying we were late on rent (which we never have been). So when we go in to pay rent they throw this 50$ fee at us saying we already received our warning when we did not because someone else signed for it!!! So after being yelled at by Precila I went to talk to the manager, and they still were caddy and not willing to do anything. So disappointed in the staff and I cannot wait until they make it so we can pay online so I don't have to go deal with them, if they ever get that done! I regret renewing our lease and wish we could have moved somewhere better and who is nicer to their patrons even if it was more expensive. And now we're stuck and it sucks.
