OBSESSED is an understatement. I go to Viva Chicken AT LEAST once a week. My favorites are the Wow Lomito steak sandwich with extra mild sauce, the Viva Chicken salad (with mild sauce instead of balsamic), and the quinoa stuffed avocado with, you guessed it, more mild sauce. You can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches, which are served on soft chewy ciabatta bread. Don't forget the mild sauce :)
