This place really does not even deserve 1/2 of a star, let alone a single star. Yesterday 11/10/11 I took my car in for a wheel alignment. I went there early in the morning and the person registering people was moving extremely slow. It took him 15 minutes to sign the person ahead of me because he was constantly trying to upsale her.
Then my turn I told him a wheel alignment, he stated it would take about an hour. I told him I will come back and pick it up at my lunch break at noon. I left him my work phone number to call if anything comes up. I come back at noon (3 hours later) to pick up my car and it is still on the rack, he took 10 minutes to come to me and said I need an additional repair. He said it was a 2 hour job so I agreed to the repair but why did he not call me to inform me of this and not waste my time. 3 hours later I came to pick the car up and they did not do any of the jobs said he was out of the part and could not have it until the next day, I said give me my keys and worked to keep my composure and left. I will not return, they do not respect your time, they constantly try to upsale items, and they are a joke.
