Drove by Bud's, and decided to give the coffee house a try. I look at the machine, and it's a high quality la marzocco, once you see that and the owner behind the counter, hopes are up for a an excellent cappuccino, and we were not disappointed. The cappuccino was excellent, perfect temp, creamy, and has some of that burnt raisiny taste, that my wife and I like.
The almond croissant on the other hand, meh, it's a real croissant, sliced in half and filled with almond paste (not the fake stuff) but it didn't seem like it was double baked, or maybe it was just on the stale side, anyway, definitely lacking...
