I purchased my fiancée and my weddings rings at the Old Scottsdale location (now closed) I even purchased a diamond watch as well. (Spent over $25K, but that doesn't even matter)
Getting close to the actual wedding day, my fiancée dropped the ring off to have it detailed before the wedding day. We walked into the Chandler location and it will be the last time I walk into Jared. 4 salesmen including the manager walked by not a hi, hello or screw you. Even if you are busy, you can always say hi, we'll be right with you or something like that. Take note from other retailers and see how they greet customers.
