I visited this store today, granted it was busy with Christmas shoppers, but the store was in extreme disarray- poorly stocked. I can understand that this time of year. What I don't understood is the constant poor customer service, rude staff and failure to fill an Rx by promised times. There is alway - and I mean always, a significant wait for he drive thru windows. Half the time I got served, they didn't have Rx ready as promised. Between my husband and I we have 2 cvs accounts, I had coupons to use for a $39.00 transaction- the rude and completely unhelpful girl at the register said I couldn't use them as they were from different phone numbers. I just decided to leave and shop else where. She said ok , that's fine , whatever!!!
I also moved all my refills to another local competitor recently, and I am completely satisfied.
Won't ever shop there again, unless it's an absolute emergency.
