When your sister lives seven hours away and is having a baby, sending the perfect arrangement was important to me since I couldn't be there to hug her and the little one.
Katie was incredibly upfront and let me know that they were more of an event floral, but would be happy to put an arrangement together, but they may not have specific floral if I had requests. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT for a delivery like this or an event.
The ordering over the phone was easy, the arrangement arrived much faster than I could have hoped, and was gorgeous - not always the experience I have had when ordering flowers out of state. They far surpassed anything I could have ordered from one of the big box sites online and I am thrilled I was able to support this local business. Not only was the product wonderful, but they emailed a receipt/followup with me as well.
