We have been LOYAL customers of Peaseblossoms for years. We have never found them to be over friendly or provide outstanding customer service, but nevertheless they usually have great flowers and we like the little store. However, our experience this week has cemented the fact that we will NEVER purchase flowers from them again. I had ordered a bouquet for delivery one week ago, stating they were being delivered for an important birthday to an office building. In the past we have been told that office deliveries go out in the morning. After not hearing from the recipient all day, I decided to call at 130pm to find out where they were and was RUDELY told that they had not been sent out yet and that they would hopefully be there by 4pm. In our case, that is too late for this person to receive them today - what a WASTE! There goes the thoughtfulness of having a flowers delivered.
You have lost our business. There are too many other great flower shops in the city to not provide impeccable service.
