I usually have just as much fun visiting the gynecologist than I do being in any verizon store for any amount of time, however this store takes the cake. The customer service I experienced was TERRIBLE. Was virtually ignored by the employees and they removed my name from their waiting list because they 'thought I had left'. It is not a big store and they moved on to helping other customers without even attempting to call out my name. Once I finally was able to speak with a customer service representative they PUT ME ON THE PHONE with another representative and refused to offer any other help. Obviously no one enjoys trips to the phone store when there are issues but this is the last time I will ever visit this particular verizon.
TL;DR Verizon is the worst and their employees are rude and unhelpful.
