We've been using SSCU since 2008. Our closest branch is Stephanie Street. All employees there have given us great service. Nicole Hill helped us with our auto loan. She walked us through the entire thing, kept us updated, always made sure that we knew how to contact her, and never made us feel silly even when we would forget and ask her the same question twice (or maybe three times!). We would always seek her out and in many ways Nicole became our "personal banker" as she always takes care of any banking needs and/or questions we may have. Although Nicole moved to the main branch we do still use Stephanie Street and still receive excellent service there. With that said, we do make it a point to now go to the Main Branch to continue to have Nicole assist us with our banking. We understand Nicole will soon be moving to the fraud department. We are sad to lose her, but glad to know there will be such an excellent employee assisting customers when they are in such a delicate situation.
