Happy Carpet has been through my home a couple times over the last 6 years. Always prompt, polite, friendly. And, always a stellar job. We are a house of 3 kids, a husband, and 2 Great Danes (who are allowed on the couches!) so our couches get filthy. But Jimmy always gets them to a like new condition.
