Wow wow wow! From the first friendly call to the very end of the business transaction was fantastic. Hector the technician was especially impressive. He managed to fit me in earlier than expected and five minutes after arriving diagnosed the problem immediately. He had my unit torn completely apart and the new part installed within 40 minutes. Watching him work, was like watching a surgeon operate with all the confidence and expertise that only years on the job could be the explanation. He made sure when the part was installed that everything else worked properly and more importantly, safely. When finished with the job the final price was far less then quoted by other companies.
