Disappointed in this hotel - not on par with other Intercontinentals. Lap pool deck was dirty, for a family of four the maid kept leaving only one bath towel, did not replenish coffee or bath products in room. The rug and drawers were dirty. One concierge was great, the other was slow and did not provide good recommendations. Location is great but for the price we were truly disappointed.
