I wanted to trade in my car for something new. I made an appointment. The salesman that helped me was great. He took the time to answer all of my questions and go over all of my options. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I was able to make a decision and feel good about it. I got a great car. It meets my needs. The sales man made sure they put the car on a battery charging machine because it had been in the show room for a little while. He wanted to make sure the battery wasn't dead. He also made sure the service center was efficient when they put an ibex on my car. The service was great at this honda dealership. Even the finance guy let me ask as many questions as I needed to understand what I was signing. I am a tough customer and honda of Mentor took it like a champ. I would recommend this place.
