I'm from the Bronx, NY and found an Acura TL that I wanted, but it happened to be in Wisconsin. I don't know much about cars and needed to drive the vehicle from Wisconsin to my new home, Phoenix, AZ. I called Omer, the general manager from NY the day before getting to Wisconsin and he explained to me everything they would do to inspect the vehicle and ensure it was safe and reliable for my 22 hour road trip across country. I'm so happy I went to him! He inspected the vehicle, explained everything to me in basic terms so I could understand, and the price was super reasonable. He is such a personable guy and makes you feel totally comfortable with the process. You can tell he cares about what he's doing. The customer service is top-notch and if I lived in Madison, he would definitely be my mechanic. Omer even gave me a list of things I should do to maintain the vehicle and gave me ballpark figures as to how much it would cost so I wouldn't be ripped off when I got to Arizona.
