It's been 6 months since I moved in and I figured Arcadia Villa definitely deserves an updated review. Some places are notorious for pulling out the rug from under a renter's feet as soon as the app is signed but here that is not the case! Haven't had a single issue since moving in and was fairly surprised that the electric bill hasn't been through the roof. I live in the 1 bedroom unit 2nd floor and my bill for ALL utilities has maybe been $100 tops (2 weeks of 110+ degree weather). Had a few questions here and there and Senada and the staff have been super responsive. The area couldn't be more perfect either. Restaurants are going up left and right. All my neighbors are incredibly friendly and there are never noise issues or any issues for that matter. I have one happy puppy too. He enjoys playing in the large grassy areas and chilling on the large balcony.
