I've been to this location many times. I have always received professional and kind service in person and on the phone. I'm shocked to see some 1 star reviews that come up automatically while you have to search for the 5 star reviews. They are there and more current but you have to search for them. My only guess would be is that they are probably not buying advertisements from Yelp. They are always helpful here and would recommend this UPS store. The only issue I have is there is typically only 1 person working up front so, I try to go in when not in a big hurry.
