I called Jim this morning because my irrigation timer was not working and my landscaper could not diagnose the problem. He had a full schedule, but made time at the end of the day to stop by my home. As it was going to over 110+ degrees, it was definitely life or death for my plants. He diagnosed the problem as a failed circuit board. I guess this is common issue for the controller I had. Anyway, he replaced it and returned my system back to health. While there, he also recommended some things I should do with my grass sprinklers (no pressure sales). He also set the watering schedule correctly for the season. Good, prompt service and the final cost was what he quoted me. Highly recommended!
