This was my first time at Fresh Wasabi since management changed a few months ago, and it did not disappoint!!!
Since it was happy hour (3 - close), I only ordered off that menu. They have quite a few items, and the prices are very reasonable.
I must say that hands down, this was the freshest sushi I have ever had!! And that includes in Maui, San Francisco and the Florida Keys!! Everything I ordered was just as fresh, practically melts in your mouth. The hot Saki was just like it's supposed to be - VERY hot!! They even put a special wrap around the top so you don't burn your fingers while pouring!
On another positive note, the service was impeccable! Kevin was behind the sushi bar, and was very accommodating to whatever I ordered. Suni (pronounced soon-eee), was just as pleasant as the waitress. Always smiling and making sure everything was going smoothly.
It most certainly won't be long until I return!!
