Worst experience I've ever had with a store. My chair still hasn't arrived. I've been on hold waiting to talk to someone for a total of 6 times for over an hour each. I did the "get a call back" feature, and they called me back a few hours later with a recording saying "No one is available to take your call" and then it hung up. WTF!!! I'm about ready to claim fraud on my credit card.
