I bought my car at Hyundai of Cottonwood, and even though I've moved down to Phoenix, still drive up there for service, however, Tire Pressure light came on and stayed on all day, so decided to try out a local service center. After waiting in the service lane for at least 5 minutes, if not longer, without any form of acknowledgement, I finally get out and asked someone in one of the booths if I was even in the right area and he told me that I needed to wait for someone in one of the Hyundai booths for service (I guess he will only help VW owners). The woman in the Hyundai booth finally opened her door and looked at me and asked if I needed anything, as if she was confused as to the reason I was there. I told her that my tire pressure had been on all day, and was wondering if they could take a look at my tires and put some air in them. When she did respond, she made it seem as if I was wasting her time and that she'd have someone put air in them, making it seem like she didn't have time for anyone to actually look at the tires to see why the air is low to begin with, and then also informed it would be at least 30 minutes....30 minutes to throw some air in my tires?! Seriously?! It takes that long for my Hyundai service center to do an oil change?! I don't think I would have minded the wait, if it hadn't been for the horrible attitude the service woman had. Looks like I will continue to drive 2 hours away to keep going back to Cottonwood for service of my Hyundai, at least there I trust the mechanics and they always treat me as a valued customer.
