i have had great dealings with martin, the owner, and artisan for over 15 years. i am within one mile of at least 6 other repair shops but i go to artisan because: they are honest ,reliable, caring,and usually give me the most decent price in the area. that's because martin says,"i am not in business to get rich but put food on my family's table!" and that is the truth. also, he usually gets it right the 1st time but if not he goes back and gets it 100% right.
