I am so happy that I signed back up at the Planet Fitness across the street. Now I am getting two birds stoned because I stop at Heinen's on the way home! That quinoa salad with kale is the best. Many times I will just go to the prepared salads and fill up a few containers. The bean salads are awesome as well. The meats are always awesome and their prepared foods are worth going for alone. Sometimes I just don't want to deal with the fiasco of going out to eat and Heinen's has some very healthy stuff that is ready made. All I need to do is throw it in the microwave for a nice meal.
