LOVE Howie's!
A couple disclaimers though: I've never been to a place like Howie's anywhere else, so I have nothing to compare it to. I also only ever used their PCs, and only to play WoW, so I can't say much about the game selection either.
The staff is always AMAZING, they have a ton of PCs, I feel the price is pretty reasonable. Sometimes there will be issues with your PC, but I've never been in a situation where I couldn't grab another one, or get an employee to help with mine. When they get really busy the games can be laggy, but that's to be expected. Snack bar is overpriced and not the best, but you probably aren't going there for the food anyway.
