VCA Hualapai was my very first vet experience, and will probably be the only vet I use now. The staff has been so incredibly kind and patient with my dog, Kiki. I had brought her there minutes after I had adopted her from the Animal Foundation - I was willing to haul all the way over there from where I live in Southwest because they were the only VCA with available appointments that day. When I adopted Kiki, she had kennel cough, and they made sure we both felt safe and comfortable. Needless to say, Dr. Love and all the employees there were so wonderful, I decided to continue to drive us both over there in lieu of finding something closer ;) While Dr. Love is a superstar, I have had no problem working with any on-call vet at the location. Kiki HATED going at first, but now she is excited to greet the staff there. I also have to give a special shout-out to Adrianna. She remembers Kiki every time we go and always makes her feel so happy and loved. This location always has appointments available, and they even send you a follow up text to confirm everything is alright with your pet.
