If you need a good deep tissue massage, Joe is the guy. He went out of his way to help my poor back. I have had two knots, one being a major pain in the you know what, and he did some extra techniques and time to try and get them released. I really appreciate his effort. As much as I HATE 280 ( They are behind Rogers Trading-who is going out of business:( ) , I just try and plan other errands when I go get a massage like going to the great car wash across the street) . If you have issues like me, it may not be that "relaxing" because got to have some pain to get the results. But when I leave I feel great. To me its like going to the dr but better.
