I've taken my two cars here for over a year. During that time they have been unable to fix my ABS issue and barely nursed my a/c through the summer. I had already decided to take my cars elsewhere for big problems, but thought they could handle routine maintenance like an oil change. One of my cars was in less than a month ago for its oil change and yesterday on my way home from work I noticed my water gauge moving toward hot. Once the car had cooled down I popped the reservoir cap and observed brown/orange gunk. It was disgusting. I reviewed my receipts and did not see any recommendations for a flush. Topping off fluids is a advertised and billed as standard during oil changes, however, this obvious problem was not brought to my attention. Luckily, I noticed my gauge before it was too late.
I will NEVER bring back my cars to this shop.
