I don't go all that often to the kind of big shows that happen at this theatre because musicals are generally not my thing. Having said that, a friend of mine visiting from Montreal really wanted to check out War Horse, so I figured what the heck? It's been ages since I've been in The Princess of Wales Theatre, but I have to say, it's still pretty darn impressive. Our seats were on the cheaper side and I was worried that our view wouldn't be great, but as it turned out, we have a perfect vantage of the stage. The seats were comfortable. The house staff were friendly. And I think the theatre itself is quite stunning inside.
