This is the third time we have had this fine company clean our carpets. We are pleased with their efficiency, excellent work ethic, and professionalism. Justin works very hard and takes his job seriously. He is careful with our furniture and does not cut corners. I really appreciate the fact that they use organic products to clean the carpets. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. One small issue: I wasn't ready when he showed up at 8 AM sharp after being told he would call 30 minutes prior to coming over. Not a huge deal but I would like to have been called first. We recommend them.
