I went in on my birthday trying to pick out a present for myself. Since they had some sale purses I like online I decided to check it out. I normally try not to shop at yorkville even if I work there because workers have a reputation of being bitchy and they look down on you if you don't walk in wearing high end clothing or carrying a branded purse. Considering I was motivated to purchase something I didn't let this phase me. But 10-20 minutes in their second floor section looking at purses and nobody once said hi or asked if I needed help. I just aimleslessly walked around hoping they would notice but to no avail nothing. So I walked out quite sad as I felt I was not welcome in the store. I just up and left and decided not to buy there and just go to the eaton centre location. The Sales associate are definitely not friendly and you always feel you are being eyed down and watched but they will not help you unless they think your worth their time. Thanks for ruining my birthday that day. Will not recomended your store to anybody.
