Carrot cake is hands down one of the best I've ever had. It was just for my guy and me so she can do smaller cakes with plenty left over for breakfast the next day ;) Kelly was patient in explaining her carrot cake recipe and other options. Will go to her again whenever I need a custom cake. This gal is customer oriented, satisfaction oriented, and does a great carrot cake!
