We love Grimaldi's and go to the San Tan location fairly regularly. (It's the closest one to our Mesa home.) But I wish so much that we lived near this Ray Rd. location! Why? Because of their awesome weekday lunch menu! They offer a personal 6" pizza for around $5, and the best deal of all: one 6" pizza plus a salad and drink for $9.50. It's the perfect amount of food, and of course the service is typically pretty great as well. If the other valley Grimaldi's were smart, they would offer these lunch specials too.
