Went for an ortho consult today. I arrived on time and figured the wait shouldn't be terribly long because I was the only one waiting. (w/my new sleeping baby) Baby woke up, I started to feed her and overheard the ladies in the front talking. They said dentist was in a bad mood today and a real grouch. They said he told them he had already started a procedure and did not want to see a consult while he had that going on. Another 10min went by finally they called me up to tell me dentist was very behind and would be at least another 45min. Or I could reschedule. A waste of time and gas for a busy mom. I ended up waiting a whole hour. Wish staff would have courtesy to tell me sooner when they first found out and were discussing out loud amongst each other. I will not be returning. Not very organized or professional.
