Worth the wait! The hubby and I stood in line for almost 2 hours on a busy Friday night to try this Oyster Bar out. As a long time fan of oysters, we were not disappointed. We started off with 2 dozen and moved on from there. I couldn't believe how fresh they were. They were on the tiny size as well, which we love. I hate chewing on a huge oyster forever. These were simply perfection. They came with all the fixings as well. Siracha, horseradish, lemon, cocktail sauce, and lime. We also tried the gumbo. We ordered the Seafood Gumbo and loved it so much we ordered 2 to take home to have "second dinner" I mean, seafood isnt fattening right? RIGHT!? This place is phenom. The staff was extremely polite and made it very fun to dine here. The small bar fits about 15 people. The only problem I had with the Oyster Bar was they need to expand and put one in Summerlin! This place is a must try.
