I made an appointment for 5pm, three hours ahead of time. I was only 15 minutes late and was told that I'd need to wait thirty minutes for a nail teach to be available which seemed reasonable until it was 5:42 pm and I was approached by the receptionist who said that it would be ANOTHER thirty minutes before they could do my mani/ pedi because they had other people they needed to take care of. Keep in mind that these people showed up after me and had appointments after my appointment was scheduled. Just a warning, do not show up late or they will give you a hard time about it and they will service people ahead of you even after you waited thirty minutes.
