I literally am baffled why this location doesn't have a great review! I have been going to this location for over a year now and every single employee in this location is amazing!
I brought my golden here 13 months ago when we first got him and he had really bad diarrhea! I had taken him to the vet twice and they weren't able to help him! Janelle, the store manager, worked with me on numerous occasions with several suggestions that turned his health around! She really cared about the health of my puppy! And she even told her other employees about it so when I came in they all knew me and my puppy!
All of the employees at this location carry my food to the car, have assisted me and given me tons of suggestions and helpful information every single time I have come into the store! They make me and my golden feel like a member of their family! It's annoying that one person doesn't have what they consider to be the best experience and badmouth the store! I have sent tons of family and friends in our neighborhood to pet planet and will continue to buy my dog food, treats on treat Thursday, and take my one year old to get his baths there! Thank you again to team pet planet on Gilbert!
