Went for a week long courtesy trial and I have to say it seemed pretty middle of the road. Maybe it just seemed that way for what I use gyms for. Primarily to play basketball and some light free weight lifting. Those things are pretty standard issue that you can find just about anywhere. If this is a convenient location then it will probably meet all your needs. If you're interested definitely take advantage of any free visits you can.
