The mist feels great on a hot day...but then I can't help but think... Recirculated water.... Look at all those people breaking the rules... Wading in the fountain... Soaking their feet...in the fountain... The view is pretty great though! Definitely the pinnicle point to see the three rivers meet. View and admire from afar.
