Worst shopping experience we've ever had. The salesperson - older lady that called herself a "sleep expert" - was insanely pushy and wouldn't leave us alone for a second. She quickly went from pushy to downright rude. When we said we wanted to go to lunch and think it over her response was "you're not done!" She just completely ignored the fact that we wanted to leave and kept pushing us to different beds. She kept insulting the way we were testing the beds, scoffing at our comments, and on and on. We actually had to tell her she was being insulting after about 30 minutes of this and walked out. There are 3 other mattress places across the street - don't bother with this one. We got friendly service and a better deal at Mattress Firm.
