This review is for the vision center (not Dr. Roter's office) so Ive been wearing contacts for over 10 years now and I never had a problem ordering my contacts and receiving them within a few days. Over at this location it took about 8 days for the shipment to arrive. The staff is very friendly and understanding and will usually let you get the trial contacts if available until your shipments come in. I'm just very disappointed on how long it takes for an order to come in..if you are going to order contacts from here make sure you do it a month in advance and not wait til last minute..... I'm pretty sure 1-800 contacts is a lot faster!
And as far as the whole Walmart store... Well it seems like people shop with there eyes closed over here.. Always in peoples way and very crowded, no matter what time you go unless if its after midnight since Its open 24 hours now
