My Rating is ZERO not ONE! Unfortunately, it is not an option. This is by far the most inept and inefficient association I have worked with. Two months ago, I made a request to extend my Mom's patio, only to be asked for permits now. Should that not have been the first requirement on their list? To boot, the response was literally written in "chicken" scratch, which I had to request for a legible translation. Do they not have a process in place when a homeowner wants to make modifications? It seems that they "wing" it. Incidentally, good luck in getting a direct name that you can work with the individually. There is a gentleman named Josh, who must send messages back and forth to this secret society of an Association. I will be more than happy to supply proof of the professional committee's "chicken" scratch!!!
