Upon my arrival at the West Valley Imaging, I was immediately greeted by two front desk staff members- so far so good right. However in their attempt to be quick and efficient, I was rushed by one of the front desk staff members so much so to the point of not being allowed to complete the necessary information requested on the sign in sheet. And there was no one else standing in line behind me, so what's the rush? My check in time was 7:42am and since I was already on file due to previous visits, I only had to complete one form of medical information. My name was called around 8:00 am whereby I was then directed to a changing room in preparation for my annual mammogram by a very friendly, polite and efficient Radiology Technician. Now for a successful outcome, I was asked your standard questions as to whether or not I was wearing baby powder, deodorant, perfume or was pregnant. The Radiology Technician followed up w/a step by step explanation of the medical procedure she was performing and before you knew it, I was done by 8:13 am on an appointment that was scheduled for 8:15 am. So yes, I would not only recommend this facility to a friend, but to a stranger and an enemy as well. Speed lighting !
